Jack Reacher Coffee!

I just discovered Jack Reacher coffee. I love the blurb: “Robust. Full-bodied. Battle-tested.”

Marketing hyperbole aside, it sounds like it ticks the box for Reacher’s taste. It’s ‘A Bold, Dark Roasted Blend of the Finest Central & South American Coffees’. Dark roast is important. Reacher likes his brew hot and strong. I think he’d be agnostic about its provenance: he’s an equal opportunity drinker. He’s not above the odd espresso (he has two doubles in The Hard Way, “foam cup, no sugar, no spoon.”), but he’s not a big spender, so he generally prefers a Bunn flask to a Gaggia machine. Starbucks? Absolutely. His standard order is a tall house blend, served black. A fine bean in my opinion. Not that I really care about the taste. It’s all about the caffeine for me. (From Gone Tomorrow.)

And Jack Reacher Coffee does contain caffeine. Says it right there on the package.
